Movie producer Laurie David and Sheryl Crow want to tell Texans about global warming

Movie producer Laurie David and musician Sheryl Crow are scheduled to tour Texas in a bus for two weeks in April, talking about global warming. CBS11 reports that David said she wants to use this tour to try to stop TXU from building its coal plants. David is not a fan of the TXU coal plants.

Wonder if David will be borrowing the jet to get to Texas?

My personal opinion of Sheryl Crow is that she will jump on any bandwagon, sleep with anyone, or use any cause to get herself in front of a camera.
I think the only cause she's really passionate about is self-promotion.

Thank goodness someone is finally coming to Texas to teach us about global warming! I've heard about it for ages, but I really don't know what it is; but hey--maybe their bus will bring some cold weather!

According to what I recently learned in a UNT class, global warming is here. I take my hat off to anyone who is trying to educate the world as far as ways to prevent it. You gooooooooooooo, David and Crow.
