Birdville Council of PTAs will celebrate Founders Day (commemorating the establishment of the Parents and Teachers Association) with dinner and a program on Feb. 1 at Thomas Coliseum.

Birdville Council of PTAs will celebrate Founders Day (commemorating the establishment of the Parents and Teachers Association) with dinner and a program on Feb. 1 at Thomas Coliseum. This is the 50th anniversary of Birdville Council of PTAs. In addition, students who won at the PTA Council level of the annual Reflections Arts Program will be recognized at this event. Honorees are:
