UTA participates in Independence Day parade
UT Arlington will continue a tradition by having a float in the annual Independence Day Parade, which begins at 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 4, in downtown Arlington. As always, UT Arlington will have a large float for staff, student and alumni participants. Participants in this year’s parade are encouraged to wear “Big A” t-shirts, available for free from Campus Activities & Community Programs. For t-shirt availability, contact Seth Ressl at seth@uta.edu. Faculty, staff, students and alumni who wish to walk with the UT Arlington float should plan on meeting in campus parking lot #49 at the intersection of Cooper and Mitchell streets no later than 8:30 a.m. For more information, click here.
