Coppell-based The Container Store sells a majority stake

According to a story in the Dallas Business Journal, it appears Coppell-based The Container Store has sold over 50% of its stock to Leonard Green & Partners, LP.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The company has not announced any planned job cuts or store closures as a result of the sale.
