Battle rages between ice cream street vendors in Grapevine
GRAPEVINE Mario Hernandez was selling ice cream bars near 3107 Mustang Drive in Grapevine when a man described as "short and skinny" got out of an ice cream truck and hit at him with a baseball bat. It appears to have been an issue of territory.
