UPDATED: Sex Offender Alert: Irene Drive in Mesquite
Story updated and changed.
UPDATE: Because we have been unable to aggregate a comprehensive listing of sex offenders throughout D-FW, we felt it was inappropriate to continue posting individual stories.
If you have an opinion on this issue, please share it with us at this blog post, where we're mulling over the best course of action for these kind of alerts.

Scott, says:
Your bulletin states that this is a report from the Texas Department of Public Safety. Searching the DPS data base ( http://tinyurl.com/3bu5re ), I can't find that there are any registered sex offenders in Texas with either of the two spellings of the name you have in the bulletin above (i.e., "Arnuflo" or "Arnulfo" Cisneros). Using the mapping feature on the DPS web site, I'm unable to find any registered sex offenders on that block of Irene Dr. (On surrounding streets within a few blocks, I see a Hudgins, Stiller, Frazier, and Ibarra, but no Cisneros.) Am I doing something wrong?
Also, going to the link you provide, it appears that your source is actually CrimeWeb.net--a privately operated notification service--and not the Texas Department of Public Safety.
I imagine your report is correct. But, just to be sure, could you send someone by 1009 Irene Dr. to see if Mr. Cisneros really lives there?
