The Greater Dallas Chamber's 12th annual Women's Business Conference is proud to announce a diverse line up of speakers. The 2007 Conference takes place on Thursday, September 27, 2007 at the Adam's Mark Hotel (400 North Olive Street, 8 AM - 4 PM). The Women's Business Conference is a daylong business education conference and networking opportunity for businesswomen and men - professional, corporate and entrepreneurial - at all levels in their careers.

The four major keynotes this year represent the most diversity in the Conference's 12-year history. Luncheon keynote Elizabeth Vargas, co-host of ABC's 20/20, was the first woman of Puerto Rican heritage to be named a network nightly news anchor when she co-anchored ABC's World News Tonight in 2005. She is an Emmy Award-winning journalist, known for her versatility and newsmaker interviews.

Susan L. Taylor, this year's opening keynote, is editorial director for Essence Magazine and one of the most celebrated African-American business success stories in the last three decades. Taylor oversees the editorial operations of Essence and writes the monthly In the Spirit column. An inspiring speaker, she will deliver a message of hope and possibility.

Business keynote Patricia Diaz Dennis is one of the highest-ranking Hispanic women at AT&T. Hispanic Business Magazine named her to its "100 Influentials" list and the "80 Elite Hispanic Women Directory". Hispanic Magazine named Dennis to its 100 Top Latinas list in 2004 & 2003. Dennis also currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for Girl Scouts USA.

Dr. Donna Lopiano, CEO for the Women's Sports Foundation, will deliver the closing keynote. An advocate for women in sports, Fox Sports included her as one of the "Top 10 Most Influential Women in Sports" and the Sporting News listed her as one of the "100 Most Influential People in Sports." Dr. Lopiano also has Texas ties, as she was Director of Women's Athletics at the University of Texas for 17 years.

Seminar speakers and topics this year include:

· Cathy Bonner - Founder, The Women's Museum: An Institute for the Future. Bonner will present "Mentoring That Works".

· Sharon Epperson - Correspondent for CNBC, celebrated African-American financier, and author of The Big Payoff, she will present "Financial Fitness."

· Laura Berman Fortgang - Nationally recognized personal coach. Fortgang will present "90 Days to A New Life Direction."

· Irene Natividad - A native of the Philippines and President, Global Summit of Women, will speak to the importance of women on corporate boards.
