DeSoto considering crackdown on stray and dangerous dogs
OK, but if they're stray dogs, how do you find the owners?
DESOTO — The DeSoto City Council will vote tonight on whether to enact a crackdown on stray and dangerous dogs.
The ordinance would mean fines of up to $2,000 for dog owners who allow their dogs to run loose. And if a dog attack causes injury, it would be banished from the metropolis of DeSoto forever.
