DeSoto considering crackdown on stray and dangerous dogs
OK, but if they're stray dogs, how do you find the owners?
DESOTO The DeSoto City Council will vote tonight on whether to enact a crackdown on stray and dangerous dogs.
The ordinance would mean fines of up to $2,000 for dog owners who allow their dogs to run loose. And if a dog attack causes injury, it would be banished from the metropolis of DeSoto forever.
