Salim Nourallah explains the tracks for Snowing In My Heart
Everything you needed to know about Salim's album, Snowing In My Heart, as told by Salim Nourallah.
Salim Nourallah's latest and third solo album, Snowing In My Heart, came out on July 20 (hard copies in Europe, online here for now), with a release celebration slated for August 24. For those interested in learning more about the album and the songs on it, there are track by track explanations on the Tapete Records Podcast. I just listened to one of them, and they involve Salim talking about how he came up with the songs and the stories behind them, with short spans of the songs he's talking about in between.

Salim is such a great guy, very creative and a very encouraging person at the same time. His wife Jayme currently has her paintings showing at the Magnolia Cafe. Excellent work.
Can't wait to see him at Sons of Herman this Friday, playing at JD Whittenburg's cd release with JD Whittenburg and his new band, along with Smile Smile and the amazing and talented Johnny Lloyd Rollins. This is going to be a great night of local music.
