Alaska

Alaska

— Alaska and her pups were rescued from a bad situation in East Dallas, where she had been so neglected that a collar had been allowed to grow into her neck. Alaska is doing much better now, but she remains very stand-offish and distrustful of people. Unfortunately, on Tuesday, July 24th she managed to pull away from one of our shelter employees and bolted. We are asking help from the community to find her. We do not believe Alaska would bite anyone, but she is very timid. If you see Alaska, please try to lure her into a back yard or garage, where she can be held safely. She is very responsive to treats! Our shelter is located near Love Field, in the Air Lawn/Oak Lawn/Uptown area. If you spot or catch Alaska, please call or email!

Alaska is a Samoyed mix and is not wearing a tag.

If you find her, call 214.809.4743
