Vacant apartment in Dallas gets flooded because someone stole its copper pipes
DALLAS Copper-stealing thieves created a flood in a vacant apartment off Tuxedo Court in Dallas Wednesday night. Firefighters said they found water pouring out of the walls, ceilings, and out the front door.
