Dallas-based Manchester, Inc buys Americars
DALLAS According to a story in the Dallas Business Journal, it appears that Dallas-based Manchester has agreed to purchase all outstanding stock of J.C. Wink, more commonly known as Americars. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition comes during a very busy week for Manchester, which earlier purchased Quick Car Credit as well, and seems poised to make a splash in the central Texas user car market.
