Dragonfly at Dallas’ Hotel ZaZa scoops up Luqa chef

DALLAS — Dragonfly, the restaurant at Hotel ZaZa, has a new executive chef: Grant Morgan.

Replacing Marc Cassel, Morgan jumps off the tragically sinking ship that is Luqa. His resume includes Le Cirque at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, as well as cheffing for Hollywood celebs such as Cameron Diaz, Clint Eastwood, and Nicholas Cage.

His new menu will appear later this summer, along with a remodel of the place.

thanks kirk - i've been trying to figure out a polite way to say the same thing. i have zero patience with that "rumor has it" stuff, especially from someone named "anonymouso"
