DALLAS Dragonfly, the restaurant at Hotel ZaZa, has a new executive chef: Grant Morgan.
Replacing Marc Cassel, Morgan jumps off the tragically sinking ship that is Luqa. His resume includes Le Cirque at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, as well as cheffing for Hollywood celebs such as Cameron Diaz, Clint Eastwood, and Nicholas Cage.
His new menu will appear later this summer, along with a remodel of the place.

Rumor has it that anonymous rumors are baseless. Why not identify yourself, if you're going to pass along snide comments?
