Addison-based Concentra purchases ppoNEXT for $19 million

Addison's luxury lofts may soon get outsourced as well.
ADDISON — According to this story in the Dallas Business Journal, it appears Addison-based outsourcing firm Concentra Operating Corp. has bought ppoNEXT for $19 million.
The actual purchase was by one of Concentra's subsidiaries, Beech Street Corp. Concentra Operating Corp is itself a subsidiary of Concentra, Inc., also based in Addison. For those of you keeping score, that's one merger involving three outsourcing subsidiaries and a formerly-independent company.
