Dallas-based Pet Butler launches 70th franchise
DALLAS Pet Butler, the nation’s leading pet waste cleanup service, has launched its 70th franchise. The company now offers service in 20 states, making it the fastest-growing professional poop-scooping company in the nation.
Since March 2007, Pet Butler has launched 10 new franchises in five states. Its newest franchises are located in West Palm Beach and Cape Coral, Florida, Huntsville, Alabama, and Seattle, Washington. In addition to the new franchise partners, five existing franchisees purchased additional territories serving expanded areas in Orlando, Phoenix, Indianapolis, San Diego, and Mission Viejo, California.
Based in Dallas, Pet Butler provides professional pet waste cleanup and removal services for individual homeowners and their pets, as well as for multi-family communities and parks. For a small per-visit fee, Pet Butler animal waste specialists clean up and safely dispose of more than five tons of grass-killing dog droppings each week.
The company proudly bills itself as “#1 in the ‘#2’ business,” and was recently recognized as the seventh fastest-growing private company in Collin County, Texas, based on its 72 percent compound annual growth rate since 2003.
“Our new franchise partners are coming on board at a very exciting time for this business,” said Matt ‘Red’ Boswell, CEO (Chief Excrement Officer) of Pet Butler. “The demand for our services is growing exponentially. Our franchise partners have higher earning potential with us rather than trying to make it on their own. We provide the tools, technology, and marketing support to ensure our franchise partners are successful.”
Pet Butler has invested heavily in technology, developing a fully automated and integrated Web-based system that offers centralized client support for its franchise partners. Its ARF (Administration, Routing, Franchising) system manages the daily operations of the company's routing, accounting, customer service, and field activities for each franchise.
The company also provides a wireless mobile software solution through its PoopNet network, so franchisees can easily track their routes and communicate with the company’s customer service center via handheld computers while on the job. Pet Butler franchisees are able to leave the administrative details to the company, while they emphasize personal service and business development.
Pet Butler projects it will surpass 100 franchises, generate $4.2 million in revenue, and scoop its 40 millionth pile of poop in 2007.
