Judge delays Farmers Branch ordinance from being implemented for 2 more weeks
U.S. District Court Judge Sam Lindsay decided to extend a restraining order on the controversial immigration ordinance in Farmers Branch. The judges decision will keep the ordinance from being implemented for another two weeks. Plaintiffs in the case against the ordinance couldn't be more happy since they view the judges decision as an indication that he is leaning towards ruling that the ordinance in unconstitutional.
