Grand Prairie to host 32nd Annual Antique Auto Swap Meet
While others move toward electric and ethanol-fueled cars, nothing says "environmental consciousness" like driving a 1910 Model T.
On June 8th, 9th and 10th, The Traders Village Flea Market in Grand Prairie will be host the 32nd Annual Antique Auto Swap Meet.
From 8 a.m. to dusk car buffs and gawkers can browse through more than 1,000 spaces occupied by collectors and vendors from across the United States.
Buyers can find everything from vintage Model T Fords to finned classics from the 1950's to British sports cars to Detroit "muscle cars". Many will be in mint condition ready to drive away, while others will be "handyman specials' that need repairs.
In addition to acres of cars and parts the 32nd Annual Antique Auto Swap Meet will feature row after row of memorabilia items, such as old-fashioned gas pumps, signs, toy cars, advertisement pieces and much more.
