Thaddeus “Fabulous” Ford returns from China
Local trumpeter Thaddeus "Fabulous" Ford shares some tales from his 12-week stint playing jazz in Shanghai.
Local trumpeter Thaddeus "Fabulous" Ford stopped by the Pegasus News offices today to tell us about his 12 week stint playing jazz in Shanghai. It sounds like it was an incredible experience, but all the same we are very glad to have Ford back in DFW area where he belongs.
During the interview, we discussed:
How the band's sound evolved over the 12 weeks of playing together?
How he had to work to get the other musicians to play the New Orleans sound?
What the Shanghai audiences were like?
If he is happy to be back?
What his upcoming plans are for playing in DFW?
