Four Flower Mound students take their robot to an international competition
Four students from Flower Mound High School. "FloMo" is an ROV (remotely operated vehicle) designed to perform tasks in cold, deep water. Its creators, Luke Cragin, Collin Cragin, Rachel Glockenmeier and Sung Ho Park, took the robot to a competition in Houston and won first place, which landed them a spot in the competition for the international title. The four students will travel this weekend to St. Johns, Newfoundland for the competition.
