City of Irving unanimously approves illegal immigration “Criminal Alien” program
Last night the Irving City Council unanimously approved (by a 9-0 vote) the so-called 24/7 Criminal Alien Program.
Though the CAP aims to "identify criminal aliens who are incarcerated within federal, state and local facilities," some Irving residents expressed dissatisfaction with the council's actions, saying they are not doing enough to tackle the issue.
