We've got all the info on the 4th of July happenings, from parades and fireworks, to whipped cream eating contests, bake-offs, belly dancers, live music performances and children activities. Check below to find out what the goings-on are in your town.

Carrollton's Old-fashioned Fourth 2007 - Featuring a 10 a.m. parade featuring bands, floats, clowns, and more.
Celebrate Freedom 2007 - Annual Christian Freedom Festival at Southfork Ranch with over 20 bands.
Wylie Independence Day Celebration 2007 - With performances by Radney Foster, Erika Jo, and Kylie Rae Harris. The evening ends with a 15-minute fireworks show at dusk.
Tuesday, July 3
Addison Kaboom Town Fireworks Show 2007 - Rated one of the top ten best places to watch fireworks in the country by the American Pyrotechnics Association, USA Today, and the Wallstreet Journal.
Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra - Old Fashioned Family Fireworks Picnic.
Grand Prairie Lone Stars & Stripes Fireworks Celebration 2007 - A full day of live Thoroughbred racing, plus pony rides for the kids, a petting zoo, bounce houses, games and more in the Family Fun Park. A 20-minute fireworks display choreographed to music following the last live race starting at 10:15 p.m.
Southlake Stars & Stripes Celebration 2007 - Activities include face painting, balloon art, arts and crafts and temporary tatoos. Entertainment provided by the Southlake Community Band, Choir and other local favorites. Fireworks show starts at 9:30 p.m.
Wednesday, July 4
Arlington Annual Independence Day Parade 2007 - The parade takes place in downtown Arlington at 9 a.m. followed by an award ceremony at Knapp Heritage Park.
Bedford 4thFest 2007 - Includes a free concert by King Creole, children's activities, festival-style culinary delights, and a fireworks extravaganza when the sun goes down.
Burleson Independence Day Concert and Fireworks Celebration 2007 - Performance by Cavalcade of Stars, followed by a fireworks show.
Carrollton's July 4th Celebration 2007 - Free concerts, no admission fees, free kids' entertainment and fireworks at 9:30 p.m.
The Colony Independence Day Parade 2007 - The parade begins at 10 a.m and starts at the Little League fields on North Colony Boulevard.
The Colony's Liberty By The Lake 2007 (CANCELED) - With over eight events throughout the day, including performances by The Silvertones and The Factory, and a fireworks show at 9:30 p.m.
Denton Fourth of July Jubilee 2007 - 7th Annual Liberty 5K Run/1 Mile Walk, Yankee Doodle Parade, children's carnival, the great gutter boat race, whipped cream eating contest, Civic Center pool activities, and a fireworks show at the UNT Fouts Field.
DeSoto & Lancaster Old Fashioned Fireworks Celebration 2007 - Fireworks show and performance by Freddie Jones.
Duncanville Stars, Stripes and Sports Festival 2007 - Professor D and the Playskool will be performing at 8 p.m., and the fireworks show will start around 9 p.m.
Flower Mound Independence Day Children's Parade 2007 - Line up begins at 11 a.m. at the corner of Eaton and Timber Creek Road. Decorated bikes, trikes, wagons, and strollers will parade a short route to the LISD School Administration Building, where free hot dogs, drinks, children’s activities, and live entertainment await.
Flower Mound Independence Day Fireworks Show 2007 - Performance by the Flower Mound Community Orchestras, followed by a fireworks show.
Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra - Old Fashioned Family Fireworks Picnic.
Frisco Freedom Fest 2007 - Festivities include a community stage with homegrown dancers, singers and bands; a Children's Expo complete with jump houses, face painting, strolling entertainers and games; along with a Hometown Heroes Exhibit, the FC Dallas vs. Chivas USA soccer match, Main Stage concert featuring Clay Aiken and the Philharmonic Orchestra, with a fireworks show at the end of the evening.
Garland's Star Spangled Finale 2007 - This year's free concert kicks off with a performance by JUMP5 at 8:30 p.m. A fireworks display choreographed to patriotic music will begin at approximately 9:30 p.m.

McKinney’s 17th Annual Forever Free 2007 (POSTPONED INDEFINITELY) - Live entertainment, Barney & Me boxing, youth activities, fireworks, and classic & custom car show.
Plano July 4th Independence Day Parade 2007 - The parade begins at 9:30 a.m at Independence & Park and ends at Independence & Spring Creek Parkway.
Quad Cities Family 4th 2007 - The show will include 20 minutes of pyrotechnics, and patriotic music will be simulcast live during the fireworks show on KDKR Radio 91.3 FM.
Red, White & Lewisville 2007 - The event will feature live performances by The Wonders, The Lost Trailers, and the Brad Thompson Band. The evening will also include a fireworks show.
Richardon's Family Fourth of July Celebration 2007 - Attractions include Uncle Sam, strolling balloon artists, bounce houses, a climbing wall for the kids, performance by the Richardson Community Band, and a fireworks show at 9:45 p.m.
Trophy Club July 4th Celebration 2007 - Full day of events including Family 5k Run/Walk & a free pancake breakfast at Lake Cities Church, July 4th Parade beginning at the Church at Trophy Lakes, free community luncheon & TROPHY IDOL at the community pool, performance by Me & My Monkey “The Beatles Tribute”, topped off with a fireworks display at 9:15 p.m.

The Dallas Booms concert was not well attended because of the weather. The fireworks were spectacular, especially since it looks like the finale went off prematurely and all the shells were launched at the same time. Really impressive, but it kind of left the end of the show without any fireworks. Too bad, but still fun.
