Chefs collaborating on “Share Our Strength” charity dinner at Stephan Pyles August 12

DALLAS Chef Stephan Pyles will gather top chefs from the Dallas area and beyond on Sunday, August 12, to create a masterful multi-course menu paired with exquisite wines for Share Our Strength's A Tasteful Pursuit - Chefs on Tour for Hunger gala dinner and auction.
Guest chefs will include the nation's most prominent chefs who are touring the country to raise funds for Share Our Strength, one of the nation's leading organizations working to end childhood hunger in America.
Each course for this sensational dinner will be prepared by a different chef including:
- Stephan Pyles, Dallas
- David Gilbert, Luqa, Dallas
- Scott Gottlich, Bijoux, Dallas
- Tracy Miller, Local, Dallas
- Michelle Bernstein, Michy's, Miami
- Debra Paquette, Zola, Nashville
The dinner will be at Stephan Pyles, with a reception at 6 p.m. and a seated dinner starting at 7 p.m. The cost is $175 per person, and that includes tax and tip. For reservations, go on-line or call 214-580-7000.
It's part of a series of dinners featuring chefs that are touring the country to raise funds for the fight to end childhood hunger. They partner with the culinary elite in major cities across the country to create sumptuous, multi-course dinners paired with exquisite wines. Other stops on the 2007 Tasteful Pursuit tour include: Kansas City, Palm Beach, Seattle, Salt Lake City, Greenwich, Cleveland, Providence, Nashville, Baltimore, and Los Angeles.
