TXU employees not expected to be named in SEC complaint
Last week, the SEC alleged insider trading before the announcement of TXU's proposed buyout. Now the company is saying it is "unlikely that anyone linked to the company was involved in suspected illegal insider trading." The case is scheduled for a hearing on March 7.
