Mark Cuban subpoenas Google
Mark Cuban has subpoenaed Google over pirated videos from Magnolia Pictures that have ended up on YouTube and GoogleVideo. Apparently Mark doesn't believe that extra promotional exposure will benefit his films in the long run.
Personally, I find this stance to be grossly hypocritical of Mark.

Not that I think his distinction between GooTube and hosting providers makes a lick of sense.
And I certainly could be wrong, but I think he misunderstands the Safe Harbor provisions of DMCA.
