Back in December the Un-Observer staff reported that the Redblood Club had to close down basically due to lack of funds. Now there is good news, as our friends at the Un-Observer have announced that the Redblood Club is back up and running, new and improved, no less.

With repairs and a thorough cleaning done to the bathrooms, in addition to upgrades to the sound system and a remodeled bar, the Redblood club is back from the dead and pushing ahead with tons of shows on the calendar, including one already under its belt with the Staggers headlining.

Amid a slew of closures in and around Dallas, hopes are that even this little club's reopening will help the underground punk scene reemerge and thrive. Psst, don't tell your parents.
