UTA’s Spring Chorale Fusion features university and high school choirs
ARLINGTON–The University of Texas at Arlington Choral Division announces“Spring Choral Fusion", a concert with the UT Arlington A Cappella Choir, Chamber Singers and three outstanding high school choirs from the Dallas and Mid-Cities areas. The concert will be at 7:30 p.m. Friday, May 4, in Irons Recital Hall in the Fine Arts Building, 700 Greek Row. Choirs from Cedar Hill High School, Grand Prairie High School and Colleyville Heritage High School will share the stage with the university groups in this event that has become a tradition.
Director of Choral Studies at UT Arlington Jing Ling-Tam says, “These concerts continue to be memorable experiences for all. Top-notch choirs presenting their best music is such a thrill for the audience. Our students, future music educators, gain great benefits from this event. Students from visiting choirs have expressed their enthusiasm for this extraordinary musical and educational experience.”
