— According to 90.0 KCBI, on May 7th hundreds of local churches will partner with 90.9 KCBI for "Million Acts of Kindness." Participants will show an act of kindness accompanied by a "KindKard" that links recipients to a local church.

Would somebody be so kind as to help this man find his pants?

Suggested acts of kindness include: writing notes of encouragement, buying meals or coffee, paying tolls, volunteering time to help others, etc. The D/FW Metroplex is the inaugural location of the "Million Acts of Kindness", but other cities, most notably Houston, may be launching their city-wide campaign this coming fall.

"This isn't a kindness campaign, it's a Christian campaign," said visionary and director of the "MAK" campaign Steve Chesnut. "It's simply Christians being aware of the people and needs around them in order to compassionately reflect Christ's love through kindness. My prayer is that when people in the D/FW Metroplex think 'Christian', they think 'kindness'."
