Fort Worth ISD to meet with Benbrook City Council, discuss things of “mutual interest”
In all, six FWISD schools serve students who live in the Benbrook area.
The Fort Worth ISD Board of Education and the Benbrook City Council will hold a joint meeting on Tuesday, May 15th, at 6:30 p.m. at Benbrook Elementary School. The combined group will discuss issues of mutual interest and share details of new initiatives in support of Vision 2010.
In all, six FWISD schools serve students who live in the Benbrook area.
Two elementary schools, Benbrook Elementary and Westpark Elementary, are located in Benbrook. Waverly Park Elementary in Fort Worth also serves portions of Benbrook. After completion of their elementary education, Benbrook children proceed to Leonard Sixth Grade Center and then Leonard Middle School. Western Hills High School serves Benbrook students.
