Thief gets caught with fish in his pants

Davey Allen and Peggy Sue Watkins were arrested Wednesday from a Grapevine Tom Thumb store because Allen was allegedly stuffing fish and crab down his pants. Kinky, eh? How embarrassing. Not only do you get caught shoplifting, but you're hiding it in your pants. And it's fish, it's not a candy bar or something. It's fish. And crab.
