Colleyville Covenant thrower smashes discus record at state meet

Need someone to throw something? If so, Alex Adams, a junior, is the one to ask. He broke the 3A TAPPS state discus record by 12 feet, 7 inches.

Adams easily took home the gold for the shot put too.
