Background check reveals Euless City Council candidate paid property taxes late - twice
Says the S-T, "Bynum said his understanding is that there is no harm in paying late because tax revenues aren't tallied until July 1."
The Star-Telegram recently conducted background checks of municipal and schoolboard candidates in Northeast Tarrant County.
The results found that Perry Wayne Bynum, who is running for City Council Place 6, paid his property taxes more than three months late both this year and last.
