Addison-based Keith Products wins contract with Cessna
The company is to provide a Vapor Cycle Cooling System for the Citation CJ4.
ADDISON Keith Products, a Meggitt group company, announced today that it has received a contract from Cessna to develop and provide a Vapor Cycle Cooling System for the Citation CJ4. The Citation CJ4 is currently under development and is the latest and largest of Cessna’s line of CJ business jets.

Keith Products has a long-established business relationship with Cessna, a Textron Inc. company. It has been supplying air conditioning systems for the company’s single engine aircraft for several years.
Terry Holburn, Keith Products Vice President of Sales & Marketing, said, “The system we are developing for the Citation CJ4 will be state-of-the-art for business jet aircraft. It will feature the company’s new brushless DC motor technology for both the compressor drive and the evaporator blowers.”
Located in Addison, Texas, Keith Products is a leader in vapor cycle air conditioning systems providing cooling, heating and ventilation for fixed wing aircraft and helicopters. The company has the largest product listing of Supplemental Type Certificates for air conditioning units in the world and is a major supplier to original equipment manufacturers such as Cessna, Learjet, Hawker Beechcraft, Sikorsky and Eurocopter.
