H-E-B special needs students may attend Red Apple School in Hurst
Red Apple School is a private Lutheran school in Hurst. This fall, as part of improvements to the special needs program, the Hurst-Euless-Bedford school district plans on sending six three- and four-year-old special needs students to Red Apple. The program is designed to allow the special needs students the opportunity to interact with the other children at the school. All of the students will study typical subjects like reading, writing, math, and, most importantly, the appropriate way to construct a really cool mud-pie.
