The new sales force will have to be extra aggressive in this mortgage market
PLANO Accoridng to a story in the Dallas Business Journal, it appears mortgage giant Countrywide is planning on hiring an additional 2,000 to augment its sales force. It is not known how many of the 2,000 new jobs will be in the DFW area, if any.
Three years ago Countrywide agreed to bring 7,500 new jobs to the area, as part of a $20 million grant from the politically controversial Texas Enterprise Fund.
