Yeah, I don't know that this will ever come to fruition, Pavel. The <a href="http://www.bearfireresort.com/index2.php?content=press">press room on their website</a> (not the website linked above, BTW) says the project is supposed to open in fall 2009, but the website hasn't been updated since the initial announcement, and a quick Google search revealed no new news since then. I'd be for it, but there's no way they're opening in 2009 if they haven't already started on it.
