Carroll Senior High and Carroll High evacuated due to threatening calls
SOUTHLAKE Both Carroll Senior High and Carroll High were evacuated this morning due to threatening phone calls. After 45 minutes, classes resumed.

Most likely some kid in danger of losing eligibility for extra curriculars (or of parents applying the board of education to his seat of knowledge) who hadn't studied for a test.
Kids did that all the time when I was living on Fort Dix in the early 1970s. Probably the only useful thing the Weatherman organization ever did was to save some kids' grade point averages. (This was well before no pass/no play so the district football championship was in no way endangered.)
