Fort Worth police officer injured when cruiser’s tire blows out

The officer was able to crawl to safety after his vehicle rolled over several times.

When the police cruiser's tire blew out early Tuesday morning near I-35 and Western Center Boulevard, the officer lost control of the car. The vehicle proceeded to roll over several times before coming to a rest. The officer was able to pull himself out of the car and call for help. His injuries are reportedly non-life threatening.
