McKinney North High School makes Newsweek‘s list of top public high schools
McKinney North High School, home of the fightin' bulldogs and sometimes the crazy cheerleaders.
Newsweek magazine has released its annual ranking of high schools across the country.
Coming in at #185 out of 1,200 is McKinney's McKinney North High School.
According to Newsweek, the rankings are based on "the number of Advanced Placement, Intl. Baccalaureate and/or Cambridge tests taken by all students at a school in 2006 divided by the number of graduating seniors."
