Had you just bought two dozen or so of your dream homes, none of this would have had to happen
DALLAS According to a story in the Dallas Business Journal, it appears Bank of America is planning on laying off 172 employees in its downtown Dallas office.
Reportedly, BOA's wholesale sales and wholesale fulfillment operations on Main St. in downtown Dallas will cease operations around Dec. 31st. The job cuts are among 700 across the country in the bank's mortgage division, as home sales continue to slump and the industry continues its free-fall to unprofitability.
