UPDATED: Tarrant County election results
State District 97 and Fort Worth Council District 9 will have runoffs
With 32% of the vote, Democrat Dan Barrett will face Republican Bob Leonard, who got 22% of votes in the State District 97 race.
In Fort Worth Council District 9 to fill Wendy Davis' unexpired term, Joel Burns will face Juan Rangel, who he outpaced 2-to-1, in a runoff.
