Collin College to host financial aid seminars in both English and Spanish
In a laudable effort to reach as many prospective students as possible, the Collin County Community College system has announced that it will hold informational seminars on the topic of financial aid in both English and Spanish languages.
The English language version will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 13 at the Spring Creek campus Conference Center at 2800 Spring Creek Parkway in Plano.
The Spanish language iteration will occur on Thursday, Nov. 15 in the Plano East Senior High School cafeteria at 3000 Los Rios Boulevard - also in Plano.
The subject matter to be covered will include the details and processes involved in an application for Federal Student Aid in addition to other aid-based resources. The free seminars are open to all parents and students regardless of where they plan to attend college.
Those interested in attending one (or both!) of these seminars should email destinationcollege@ccccd.edu in order to attend.
