Interview: Jeff Roth, director/writer/producer of The Wonder of It All
Jeffrey Roth's documentary, The Wonder of It All, screens this Sunday (Nov. 11) at 7 p.m. in the Frontiers of Flight Museum's Hamilton Family Auditorium in Dallas (near Love Field).
I had a chance to speak with filmmaker Jeff Roth on Thursday (Nov. 8); I was primarily interested in finding out what technique he used to solicit the candid and - in some cases - extremely personal responses from the moonwalkers with whom he talked during the filming. I think you'll be interested to hear his answer to that and a number of other questions (including what he thought of In the Shadow of the Moon, another Apollo documentary produced recently), so in advance of a review of the film here is an audio interview with Mr. Roth.
To secure your tickets for the Sunday screening (with Jeff Roth in attendance to introduce his film) call 214-350-1651. Complimentary coffee and cake will be served before the show beginning at 6 p.m.
