Mother of Dallas special-ed student sues DISD
The mother of a Dallas special-ed student took her son to the hospital in May of 2006 after noticing injuries when he returned from a school picnic. The doctors found internal injuries, and now the child's mother is suing DISD for negligence and failure to follow guidelines of the supervision of special-ed students.
