Rhett Miller & Murry Hammond concert to benefit cystic fibrosis
Rhett Miller, widely known for his work as front-man and main songwriter of The Old 97's, will perform a solo set, playing all the favorites and his new material. Miller embarked on a solo career with much success with releases such as The Instigator and The Believer.

The Texas-bred artist's knack for using accessible songcraft to address complex emotional issues has been the key to his success in reaching new fans and bringing back the old fans. Rhett shares the mission of the Breathe Easy Foundation and will share the stage with long time friend and Old 97's band mate Murry Hammond.
The Breath Easy Concert Series is a gathering of friends and music lovers with the common goal of finding a cure for cystic fibrosis. The Breath Easy Concert Series shares in the mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, which is "to assure the development of the means to cure and control CF and to improve the quality of life for those with the disease."
Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-threatening, genetic disease affecting approximately 30,000 children and adults in the United States. The goal of this event is to help raise awareness of the disease and of the great strides being made towards CF research.
