37,000 trudge through downtown Dallas in 2007 YMCA Turkey Trot
DOWNTOWN DALLAS — Sure, you can go read all about the Olympic trial showoffs who won the darn thing, but we all know that the Turkey Trot is about giving out-of-shape Dallasites and their dogs the opportunity to create the illusion that a three mile slog around Downtown and Deep Ellum counters the thousands of calories consumed while watching the Cowboys down the Jets.
