The Fall Arts Festival, a free event that celebrates the creativity of hundreds of students from The University of Texas at Dallas from courses in music, visual arts, dance and musical theatre will be held on the UT Dallas campus Nov. 29-30 and Dec. 1.
The Arts Festivals were first established over fifteen years ago as a way for students, from freshmen to graduate level, to showcase their abilities. The casual nature of the events allows students to perform without the more intense pressure of a formal concert, play or dance production.
The festival schedule offers community members and students the chance to wander from one building to another, taking in classical, jazz, musical theatre, dance, guitar, piano and vocal performances, the new sound design room, sound design projects and an art exhibition.
