— Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp., parent company of Sweet Tomatoes, will host a second annual contest offering customers a one-year membership to the Healthyroads Coaching programs for weight management, tobacco cessation, and healthy living, where they will be able to take advantage of one-on-one personal coaching sessions with registered nurses, dietitians, and certified personal trainers on nutrition, fitness, and other aspects of healthy living. Healthyroads is a national provider of telephone- and Web-based coaching programs.

From January 1 through January 31, 2008, Sweet Tomatoes restaurants will have entry forms available or else you can fill one out online. Each Sweet Tomatoes will have 105 winners, announced on February 28, 2008.

Sweet Tomatoes’ signature 45-foot long salad bar is full of seasonal vegetables and tossed salads prepared exhibition-style every 20 minutes. There's one branch in Addison, with another branch set to open in Arlington in March, followed by Irving and Southlake in mid-2008.
