Dallas bank robbery suspect hides out in attic until police flash, bang him out of there
An as-yet unidentified man suspected of robbing a Wachovia Bank branch on Forest Lane - using a plastic toy gun - was removed from the house on Military Parkway where he was holed up at around 10 p.m. Monday night (Oct. 2), after spending four hours rethinking things in the attic.
Police - who encircled the house where the suspect led them after they'd given chase - sat him out for a while, and then started delivering flash-bang and tear gas munitions to the alleged robber's hideout. He (the alleged robber) was eventually removed via ambulance.
