Kelly Clarkson to perform at halftime of Cowboys Thanksgiving game
Local girl Kelly Clarkson will try to rebound from the commercial disappointment of her new album by singing at halftime of the Cowboys Thanksgiving Day game against the New York Jets. This continues the trend of the Cowboys asking former American Idol winners to sing on Turkey Day.
The performance is the start of the Salvation Army Red Kettle Christmas fundraiser, and what better way to get in the Christmas giving mood than by hearing Clarkson sing about how much she hates her ex-boyfriend?

I guess it's in keeping with the theme started last year by Romo squeeze Carrie Underwood when she sang about vandalizing a cheating boyfriends truck. That was very Christmasy too eye roll
