— According to this story in the Dallas Business Journal, it appears the Fairmont Hotel in downtown Dallas is undergoing a two-phase renovation that is planned to cost $14 million.

Phase I of the facelift, ringing in at $6 million, included guest rooms with flat screen TVs and wireless access. That phase was completed in July.

Phase II, which will cost $8 million, will cover 47 "gold" rooms with the "hotel within a hotel" treatment, complete with private check-in, private concierge and private lounge. The rooms will feature $1,800 mattresses, marble bathrooms, and overnight shoeshining. Phase II is expected to be completed in February of 2008.

Jerry Jones certainly won't like this news!

He's younger than the Fairmont, and he paid a lot more than they are for a face lift, and he still looks like a pile of wet bricks after a good rain.

In order for Jerry to comb his eyebrows, he has to part his hair first to find them.

How does a guy with soooo much money get a very poor facelift?
